The
Scriptures of the Community of
Christ
We believe that God is unchanging, that He is the same
yesterday, today, and forever. As God has revealed Himself to Mankind through
the ages, He continues to do so today and will continue through eternity. As
long as we are willing to listen, and as long as we are righteous and seek our
Father earnestly and humbly with prayer and fasting, God will continue to
reveal Himself to us and expand our knowledge of His divine will. Our Scriptures
include the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and the Doctrine and Covenants. All
three affirm that the gospel is centered in Jesus Christ, and that Jesus is the
Messiah, the Son of God, and our Savior.
